we are planning a "HOME COMING" for all next year JUNE.
details will update again.
it will be sort of like a charity cum home coming for all.
so got to pay.but i hope all will support.
coz is damm cool to meet up all the seniors and batch mates.
and HKSS is gonna be the last yr.
a history le.
all our past can only be memories.
i will really missed it.
i spend almost 7 yrs there.
next yr will be my 8th..

and i m veri scare that illness might strike me anytime this period to when i start work.
if i really did..n i haven brought myself any life insurance
INSURANCE company might not want to cover me..
if not i will be loaded.

my uncle is this case lor..damm jiat lat.
he brought a Life insurance when he was 20 plus.
but jus few yrs back he lapse the policy.
now he is 40, and during this period from 20 plus to 40, he was checked to have hyper tension (HIGH BLOOD).
SUAY! he terminate his policy.
if he didn't...(touch wood) if anything happens to him he will be covered, coz the time when he brought the policy he was healthy.
now that, he is down with the illness.
he is been loaded (got to pay more to be covered for the same sum assured compare to a healthy person)
let say, if he is serious.no insurance co will even dare to sell him anything.
and u cannot escape by not declaring..
coz ultimatly when things realli happen..
insurance co. will not pay u
and u will say "aiyah.insurance company onli cheat ppl"...

and all insurance co. shares the same database...
if 1 co. rejects u.the rest of the co. will not accept u also.
so still...good to get earli when u are healthy!

but then again.insurance is a product (but i categorized it as a NEED coz i realli love my family.i dun wan to burden them if anything happens to me.) that u got to belive in before u buy!
but for those close frens of mine.dun run! coz i will wan all to get the coverage..
and futhermore, when we retire, we will have money to go shopping high tea, w/o spending our kids money..FUTURE PLANNING..remember!
ever since i put half of my foot in this industry..
i got very cautious..i heard too many saddening story le..
and alot of unfortunate events are happening around me..

insurance is define : when u dun need it, it is always too much...but when u realli need it, it is ever enough" damm true!

Anyway i pay about $136 every month with riders.
$100 for the basic plan 80k for death 80k for critical illness
$15 plus for accidental plan covers 100k (very interesting)
-if my hand is kanna chop off...i m paid a certain % (got alot of different parts of ya body la.each pays differently...even if u turn crazy after an accident event..u are paid)
-if i die when i drive. my parents will receive 180K (80K from PAA, 100k from accidental)
-if i die while sitting in someone's private car. my parents will receive 280K (80K from PAA, 200k from accidental-2 times indemnity)
-if i die in a MRT Train or taxi, any public transport.my parents will receive 380K (80K from PAA, 300k from accidental-3 times indemnity)
so another words.wan to die, die on a public transport...haha.=p

yah another 20 plus is for PRU SMART LADY
which covers women sickness.
coz there are some common ones that are REALLI COMMON and easy to get...
so..some might think is too young to get...but then...who knows right.
and it comes with a free check up at RAFFLES MEDICAL CENTRE (see can hook doc there anot.haha) every 2 yrs.
coz they believe that if it is detected early.it'll be easier to cure.
N N N.my husband, my kids will get a 15% off their insurance policy with this plan!
is pretty good to get la.
but another thing i m trying to bring across is that, if ya mum haven been going check up..
please get her to...coz women who is over 40 are VERY prone to women illness.i see many cases myself..so please push them.
i m trying hard to push my mum who dun even go to doctors when she is very sick!=s


will be leaving my telemarketing job soon..
i would say.is a very good experience there.

is not get money only when u DIE
is get money for retirement.
which means.
the money u put in now, it will come back to u as cash in the future when u are old..
TOUCH WOOD if u die...money will go to your parents
TOUCH WOOD if u got disability...money will come in handy when u cannot work
TOUCH WOOD if u get critical illness...money can be taken for curing..then u dun have to be a burden to your loves one.
and not need to touch wood..confirm that we will live long long long.
MONEY WILL BE ROLLING BACK INTO YOUR POCKET..as retirement fund.

frankly speaking.
very rare ppl buy life insurance to claim for death and critical illness..
all wan money back de.
the best not to claim because ultimatly we wan to get the money back.haha.something like saving also lor.but with coverage as prioity.=p

so when i sorta retire..i got more money.
but is the coverage that i still think is important

that y i start now.

1. i gt longer investment horizon..which means veri very high chance i will earn alot from investment.

so i start earli my premium also lower.
then even when i m 30 plus.
instead of paying $200 plus a month
i pay onli $100

see so these are the reasons.
u shuld start now.and pay for ya life insurance..

i mean.why not let ya money work harder for u right.
i joined the session with my boss n my aunt today.
and my aunt is sorta attracted by the investment that she wans to take out S$20,000 cash money to invest.
and boss showed me the return of his existing client..in jus past one month his client earn around 3 k plus.
if ya dad is like wanting to be on the save side.dun take out all to invest la.
but let JERRY do financial planning for him for FREE...
and prob he will suggest what he can do and prob do a financial planning for ya whole family also.
it will be recommended lor.
especially is a good age for ya parents to plan for retirement.
and pru got some recommended retirement plan.can hear hear know more also good.u can be around to listen also.good for knowledge.=p

as for saving plan.coz u going to settle down earlier n u are u-know-u-dun-wan-to-work-for-too-many-yrs type.so is also good to plan now..like see how much u wan to save and by when u wan to get this amount and piang for that few for the on coming yrs.and u will get to enjoy life then.

i got a saving plan from AIA last yr.but abit regret coz i wun get back my maturity...
is $60 per month and cash payback $400.also for 25 yrs.
boss calculated..in the end of 25 yrs onli getting back or rather earn 5ooo plus only.
but for pru cash n pru save.got budget...u at least earn 12000 lor.but nvm la.at least some saving..

and i m getting myself a LIFE insurance le.

coz my aunt got this plan when she was 22.like 12 yrs back lor.
and her policy is gonna breakeven soon with her investment earning.
12 yrs-around 11ooo plus.which traditional life insurance can only breakeven fter 20 odd yrs.
so is pretty good.
and y i wan to get now is because of the sum assured.

my aunt brought at 22 so with $100 she is covered with $50,000 death, $50,000 crisis cover (critical illness)
but boss calculated for me.if i get now, with $100 i will be covered with $80,000 death, $80,000 crisis cover.and for the rest of my life i will be paying onli 100 bucks for such a sum assured. unless i increase my sum assured la.which i will when i start to work or i get married.
i wanted to pay less in future.so i suggest my mum to "lend" me money to get first lor.
and my mum say to get for my bro also.n at the age of 15--sum assured around $90000 for the same premium.so age does matter..=p

the few days back.boss told me the story that his manager told him
last time his manager THOMAS (not nini's thomas)
he got a very good buddy, closest till they pop by each other place and they noe each other parents well la.
nevertheless, thomas din sell his buddy any policy and din even recommend n asked cause he is afraid that it might spoil their relationship...
then one day!!!! thomas's buddy got into a accident that leds to death...

the 1st question that his buddy's parent asked was :" how much policy coverage has he (his buddy) brought from u?
he was dumbfounded.he din noe how to answer his parents.

Single Premium-min. $5000 (can be for those who have sum amt in their CPF but not contributing anymore)
for the investment

Recurrent-min. $1200 per year (for at least 2 yrs, those SA or OA less than 5K can do recurrent.example: u got 3 K.so u can do for 2 yrs.each yr 1.5 k.)

to earn more age is also a considering factors.
what ever it is.it will be good to do financial planning.
JERRY is willing to be "used" and do it for your parents.=p

Saving Plan

Combination of PRU CASH AND PRU SAVE.
save $100 per month
one yr bout $1200
from the 2nd yr onwards grauntee cash payback of $500 (almost half of what u have save)
at the end of 25 yrs.
u will get back what u have save ($1200x25 yrs=$30000)
plus the cash payback ($500x24 yrs=$12000)
so total u get back about $42000 at the end of maturity
not onli that, if u dun get out ya $500 cash payback every yr
it will accumulate a 3% interest.=p

let say,$100 is too taxing for u now.
you get start at a lower premium bout $60 -$70 (PRU CASH)
so from the next yr onwards u can use the cash payback to get the combination plan.=p

so is damm pathetic.and to reach the minimum sum of more than 120,000 is even impossible.

so right now investment with CPF will be a wise choice.

yah is earning quite alot now in the market.
the earning is jumping in hundreds everyday and u dun have to monitor it.

of course compared to buying shares is different.u got to be expert in it.
but investing with insurance co. u dun have to monitor and u are covered.
which is important la.

and prudential is a profit earning company which also means they fight for the profits they invest in equity that are profitable caompared to the NTUC income la,the AVIVA where they invest more on bonds which are growing damm slowly lor.

i saw my boss existing customer's earning.
i think it is such a waste not to invest.

for those who are purchasing house right.
his suggestion is that leave the 10% of upfront payment in ya CPF for the house
and use the rest for investment.
because to owe CPF u are onli paying 2.6% interest.
Quotation for investment is always at the lowest 5% and highest 9%.
and what i have seen is that my boss client's investments are earning more than 9%
so u can easily use the earning from the investment to pay for house loan.and still earning at the same time.
good to get a adviser to plan before purchasing a house.=p

u might think he is a newbie.
but when i saw him, the way he work, i tot he had been in the industry for like 10 over years not that he looked old.but is the expertise that he have and showen.
most importantly is that, he had earn award by prudential.so out of the 450 people in pathfinder (financial service co.).he is one of the 30 who got the award.
so that is kinda amazing achievement for a 1 yr old adviser.
and Mr Lee Kuan Yew joined them for a dinner and had picture with these awardees..so not bad la hor.

before, he joined the industry he is a accountant
he surveyed the industry before choosing and entering prudential
so it sort of speaks how hard he have worked and how he planned for his future.
and according to him.at his age.he cannot test test the industry le.
so he is definatly gonna stay for long to serve his clients!

and futhermore, he dun sell product, he sell NEEDS, that what i sort of admire la.
not matter how much commission he gets to earn.every client is the same
and is all bout customer service in today's world isn't it
he dun push sales to customer also.
and he get good word of mouth from his clients.
that y, i m willing to "promote" him
if he is not good, i will tarnish my reputation and relationship and friendship!
haha.so highly recommended lor.

However, what i say might jus be my point of view, prob u wan to get ya parents to meet him to do a FREE financial planning and see his style of working! and from there, judge whether i m truth enough! haha.=p

anyway, i am doing telemarketing with prudential at FUJI XEROX. 3 -9 pm.
NO! u can't look for me for dinner or such.haha.

telemarketing there is boring.
but i really learnt alot of things there from my bosses.
and i m lucky to be attached to them in a way.
coz they are award awardees.so they will be able to bring me thru the bright and dark side of financial industries.so much help to what i m mugging at.
might be entering this industries in 10 yrs time? haha.=p
*ppl will start avoiding me.haha..
dun worry lah i won't sell u anything..
jus recommand if dun wan...dun wan lor.haha.
but i will look for MY CLOSE FRENS...course I WAN TO MAKE SURE ALL OF YOU ARE PROTECTED and COVERED!!!

Don't let it rot in the account earning interest that cannot be seen.=p
go check with your parents or any friends whether their CPF is left uninvested.
there is a Special Account.so special that it is for insurance link investment
coz now is a good chance to do some investment.so when they reach the age of 55 they will be able to redraw out some money from there.
coz from 2013 onwards...one CPF got to at least have more than $120,000 before they can redraw out money for spending.
and if u got frens like 20 plus 30.good to start investing le.coz the longer u hold the better the returns and can use the returns to get a house.=p
AND U, ur parents, ur friends are covered.
i have seen how much my adviser earn for his clientssss.
i m IMPRESS.=p

as for us.
SAVING PLANS
might not seems to be a wise choice to take
coz many wuld think the money is tied up.
but! it is for long term planning.
certainly good.coz if we depend on saving our own in the bank with onli 0.25%.
we will never be able to do that.
coz almost all the "saving"will go into shopping mall.=p

my dad were "smart" enough to get us those plan when we were young.
i get my adviser to do a review and realise that money is coming back!!!
